School has eaten my life. I need to get healthy again, so here I am, looking around to improve my shopping list!

Thanks! :)
Just a random thought… I’ve had some vegan (and vegetarian, too) dishes that are delish, and of course, healthy. Vegan desserts are usually pretty amazing because you can treat yourself, and generally the treats aren’t that bad for you. I personally am a huge fan of vegan chocolate “ice cream”. It’s literally just a sliced up frozen banana mixed in a blender with some unsweetened cocoa powder. It’s filling and after I eat it, I feel like I just ate some big, really unhealthy dessert but in reality, I ate actually ate something pretty healthy. I’d love to go vegan some day, but I’m love too many non-vegan foods haha. Still, I give kudos to some of their delicious dishes. I also don’t think I could even go vegetarian… I love chicken, like… a lot.
This has been a random it’s-almost-2am-why-am-I-on-tumblr-still post.
Apple Juice
Arizona Ice Tea
Big Gulp and Super Big Gulp
Caprisun
Nesquik
Coca-Cola
Minute Maid Lemonade
Orange Juice
Mt. Dew
Red Bull
Rockstar
Vitamin Water
SoBe
Soy Milk
To be fair though, if you get Vitamin Water Zero, it is sweetened with truvia/stevia/natural sweeteners which are slightly less bad.

For some ladies out there that think starving yourself at 500 calories a day.
needed this
I don’t get what they’re trying to say. What is ‘correct weight-loss’..??
I don’t agree with this. The body on the left is the body that some people NATURALLY have.

I was at leadership camp! It was lovely. Unfortunately at leadership camp though, you are given three meals a day, so it’s in your best interest to eat what they’re serving. This was camp food. If you know anything about camp food… it’s generally not all that good. Some of it tastes alright, but you know that basically none of it can be good for you. We did get chances to exercise it off by hiking, dancing, and playing games but still. Now I have to slowly get myself back into a healthy diet again. Ahhh!
I’ve never been one to care about numbers of followers or anything, but it’s awesome to see 100 of you who are interested in health and creating a healthier lifestyle! I don’t care whether I have 10, 100, 1,000, or 10,000 followers, but just to see that there are people who can relate is awesome. I’ve only had this blog a little over a month I believe, so it’s really cool to see that there are already 100 people who can relate to me and my attempt to get healthier. Good luck to all, and thanks for sticking with me to make this change to a healthier life!
Cheers to health :)
